AWARD WINNING HANDMADE FINE DEVON JAMS & PRESERVES
In 2015 Waterhouse Fayre moved to Tiverton, this involved replacing a falling down stable block with a purpose made building for the jam business. Still located at home and with even more land for fruit growing and many well established fruit trees into the bargain.
They now produce a considerable quantity of jam annually, but still only use small batches in their preserving pans. Everything is made traditionally, as you would if you were making it in your own kitchen. Some of their recipes are third and fourth generation and they have created many more with a modern twist. They are committed to sourcing first class quality produce and cooking in small batches. They place great emphasis on quality produce and will always try and source locally.
